The XTerra is a modern SUV that has stayed true to the original ethos of the brand. The XTerra abandons the idea that a sports utility vehicle has to be the ultimate road vehicle. The dashboard and other accessories are going to be made of plastics. However does this matter? This vehicle isn’t about prancing around town. This vehicle is about attacking the trails and the paths that are out there for it. The vehicle is really best paired with a person who understands this. The best version of the XTerra is the Pro-4x. This version has special gearing in the transmission. The gearing is used to allow for additional torque. It gives it, even more, off-road ability. It also comes with additional skid plates to protect the vulnerable underbelly. Finally, the shock absorbers are gas shocks. This provides additional strength when going over large items.
The XTerra knows what it is and lets you prepare. It’s full of storage spaces to help allow you to keep your dirty gear and your clean gear separate.
