20 Toughest SUVs Around The World

Ford Bronco

It’s incredible how a single moment in time can make or ruin a vehicle. When it comes to the Bronco, that moment definitely came during the most-watched police chase of all time featuring Mr. OJ Simpson. The truth though is the Bronco was tough as nails SUV that was one of the best off-roading vehicles ever created.

Arguably the best Bronco ever was created between 1987 and 1991. It was based on the ever-popular F-Series truck but was given a little better look and it was given some upgrades to the interior. The Bronco was intended to be a superior version of the truck that gave more room and more ability to haul things without exposing them to the elements. It’s a great vehicle that provides active adults with all kinds of opportunities for fun.

The Bronco is another of the toughest SUVs that works on the short wheelbase concept to allow itself to get into even more places off road. Like other popular 2 door SUVs, the Bronco at the time was considered more of a truck. However, it was a perfect utility vehicle. The Bronco was a popular choice for busy professionals who needed to get away during the weekends. That allowed them to hit up the cottage with all of their things and enjoy a weekend of kayaking or fishing.

It has seemed like the day of the Bronco was over. Ford has a wide variety of SUVs and Crossovers and it didn’t seem like they were going to resurrect the Bronco. However, they have announced that like a phoenix, this vehicle will just not die! The Bronco is going to be coming back in 2020! It’s likely not going to be just a 2 door SUV. It’s far more likely that the Bronco is going to be a standard mid-size SUV. Since the Explorer was made into a crossover, there’s been an opening in the Ford lineup and the Bronco is going to be filling it.
