Pontiac Aztek
If you’ve ever watched Breaking Bad, you may already have a strange love for the quirky Pontiac Aztek. It’s ugly as sin, one of those cars with a face and body only a mother (or a Walter White fan) could love.The Aztek’s double front fascia and double headlight configuration make it look like the Aztek has two front ends, one smooshed atop the other. But for all its ugly design elements, the Aztek is actually quite a cool car. It’s surprisingly functional and has some features you’d never guess. We particularly like the removable center console cooler – yes, a drink cooler (we don’t recommend storing beer in it while driving, obviously).
Even cooler is the optional, removable tailgate tent. A full, car-borne camping tent, poles, bows and awning included. You can take your Aztek on those light trails or the beach, enjoy some campfire, and rack out in your Aztek. Odd, but cool. Pontiac even made the rear seats removable, and they made sure the rear cargo area was relatively flat, to accommodate the Aztek branded, official Pontiac inflatable bed, of course.
