Who else can chase criminals down the streets while riding a Lamborghini other than the elite Italian police force? The preferred patrol car in this part of Europe is the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560. The Italian car manufacturer donated several of these car models to the Italian police department over the past few years, starting from 2004.
Aside from its sleek sports car looks, the Gallardo is power-packed with safety features like a siren, lights, and a license plate recognition system. It also has a real-time image transmission feature that can quickly send images to the Italian police station. For medical emergencies, the car has a defibrillator and a refrigeration system. The latter is usually used to transport donor organs from one hospital to another at high speeds. Pretty cool, eh?
