Under the Hood

When you drive the 2018 Regal GS, you will be in charge of a new 3.6-liter V6 powertrain that generates 282 pound-feet of torque and 310 horsepower. This engine features cylinder deactivation, start/stop technology, and direct injection. It comes standard with the previously mentioned intelligent AWD system and a 9-speed automatic transmission.

Other Performance Features

Another performance feature of note is the second-generation Continuous Damping Control, CDC, which can make 500 adjustments every second. It works with Interactive Drive Control, which features modes for Sport and GS. This auto also gets performance brakes featuring Brembo front calipers and a sport-tuned exhaust system.

Interior Comfort and Technology

Those new seats inside this Buick are specific to the trim level and AGR (Campaign for Healthier Backs) certified. They are performance seats with massaging, heating, cooling, and adjustment for both the seatback holsters and the thighs. Your hands will be comfortable, as well, as they rest on the sporty flat-bottom steering wheel while your feet enjoy the metal pedals. To make viewing information while driving more comfortable, the Regal GS offers a head-up display, as well.

Stylish Exterior

Driving the Buick GS is sure to turn heads thanks to its unique fascias in the front and rear with their sporty theme. There are also unique sport side skirts and a rear spoiler that stands out. The entire sports car sits on 19-inch wheels. The lower rocker panels are certainly distinctive, and the front air scoops have brushed satin accents to bring them to the next level.

Incredibly Spacious

For those in search of useful interior room, look at the cargo capacity of the 2018 Buick Regal GS. You get up to 31.5 cubic feet for cargo, which can increase to 60.7 cubes when you fold down the rear seat. This cavernous space, and the ease of access to it, is due to the unique Sportback rear. It creates a deep, wide spot that can fit objects of a range of shapes.
