Genesis Essentia
Yet another newer concept vehicle on this list, the Genesis Essentia Concept is the automaker’s “ultimate expression” of its athletic elegance design language. Since Genesis broke away from Hyundai, they have been working to establish themselves as a luxury brand to be reckoned with, and the Essentia Concept may accomplish that. This two-door concept vehicle stands out with copper wheels, a transparent hood and butterfly doors. The blue velvet carpeting sets the interior style and tone.
The vehicle is electrifying and electric and is designed to connect the driver to the world, showing the future of connectivity. It debuted during the New York Motor Show and is a 2+2 Grand Tourer that is all-electric. It features a unique fully transparent double-bubble canopy and hood. Those elements are in the Zagato-style and show the inboard pushrod suspension. The concept has a full carbon-fiber monocoque chassis, a battery pack, and carbon-fiber body panels. The roof and seating position sit as low as possible. Luckily for drivers, Genesis intends to produce this concept car. It will be a limited edition with a price tag that reflects just that. It is the hope of Genesis that this model will make people more aware of their brand of luxury vehicles.
